1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tiny Startups ("the Site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we offer

Tiny Startups is a platform where founders can submit and promote early-stage products, and visitors can discover and upvote them. We offer both free and paid submission tiers.

3. Submissions

You may only submit products that you own or have authorisation to promote.
Submissions must be real, working products — not placeholders, concepts, or services.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our discretion.
Free submissions enter a review queue and are not guaranteed to be approved or given a specific launch date.
Paid submissions receive priority review but are still subject to our content guidelines.

4. Payments & No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including Featured Listings ($199), Premium Listings ($499), Boost purchases ($29 / $129 / $199), Ad Credits, and Membership.
There are no exceptions, no partial refunds, and no chargebacks — initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms.
If a listing is rejected after payment, a credit of equal value will be issued to your account for use on a future submission. No cash refund will be given.
Membership renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refund is issued for unused membership time after renewal.

Paid plans are processed via Stripe. All fees are displayed before payment is taken. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or use it to submit on behalf of others without their knowledge. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and in promotional materials. You must not submit content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

7. Upvotes and rankings

Rankings are based on upvotes and engagement. Artificial inflation of votes (bots, purchased votes, coordinated campaigns) is prohibited and will result in removal and account suspension.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse any submitted products. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or the products listed on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
