Most live apps point a camera at your own followers, so everyone watching sits in their own private channel. Tutati flips that: there's one stage, and everyone in the room is looking at the same person. You join a queue, and when you reach the front you go live to the whole room for 60 seconds, then the stage passes to the next person. No follower count, no algorithm deciding who gets seen; the line does. Closest mental model is an open mic night, except the room is global and the line moves in real time.
